At Biotech Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in trying them. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on first-time purchases. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your money — but we do ask that our policy is respected in good faith.


30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)

We offer a one-time, 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of your order being delivered if you're not happy with the product for any reason.

This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a single unit and does not cover:

- Subscription renewals

- Multi-unit promotions (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 2 Free)

- Repeat orders of the same product

- Abuse of the return system

To request a refund, please email support@biotechlabs.us within 30 days of your order delivery with your order number and a brief explanation.


Promotional Orders (Buy 2 Get 1 Free / Buy 3 Get 2 Free)

Orders placed using promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 2 Free) are not eligible for refunds unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. These offers are deeply discounted and intended for committed customers, so we cannot accept returns on these bundles.


Subscription Orders

You can cancel or pause your subscription orders at any time by logging into your customer portal or by contacting us.

Important: Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals that have already shipped. To avoid unwanted charges, please manage your subscription before your next billing date.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biotechlabs.us so we can make it right.


General Returns (Unused Products Only)

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, and it’s unused and unopened in its original packaging, we allow returns within 30 days of delivery.

- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped, damaged, or defective), we’ll cover all return costs and issue you a full refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

- If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (changed your mind, no longer need it, etc.), we kindly ask you to help cover the postage cost. You’ll have two options:

  1. Refund to your original payment method – A flat $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping/restocking costs.
  2. Full store credit – We’ll give you a 100% refund in store credit, with no deductions.

- Refunds (or store credits) will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.

- You’ll be refunded/credited within 10 business days of approval.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

- Gift cards

- Sale items

- Opened or used products

- Free items received through promotions or giveaways


Abuse & Fraud Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds and future purchases to customers who abuse our return policy, submit fraudulent claims, or show repeated patterns of misuse.
